The following items can be based on your personal preference

  1. Roasted Cumin Powder ( A pinch does suffice )

  2. Pepper powder

  3. Himalayan Pink Salt

  4. Coriander for Garnishing along with Green chillies finely chopped ( Optional)

Preparation:

Grind the grated coconut with 1 glass of water, strain through a very fine sieve and then grind once more with another glass of water and sieve again. Your coconut milk is ready

To the milk add Kokkum water along with the Kokkum. Then add the remaining ingredients according to taste. Garnish with Coriander and Green chillies.

Customizing Solkadi to suit your taste preferences:

If you find that the Coconut milk is too thick, you can add some more water, else you can leave it as it is.

If you like your Solkadi to be more tart, then you can adjust the number of Kokkum kernels to suit your taste.

If you prefer thick creamy Solkadi then you can make the coconut milk in the Kokkum water itself, so as to decrease the amount of water.
