5. Fermentation timeline
Allow the mixture to ferment for 2 to 4 days. During this time, you will see bubbles forming, and the liquid will become cloudy. The aroma will shift from sweet to tangy and slightly yeasty.
6. Monitor and taste

7. Strain the liquid
