Cumin Caraway / Jeera Ajwain Choorna

Given below is quick recipe to be used for a day or two

1. One tablespoon of Jeera ( Cumin Seeds)

2. One Tablespoon of Ajwain (Caraway Seeds)

3. One Tablespoon of Fennel Seeds ( Sounf Seeds)

4. 1/4th tsp of Pepper corn

5. 1/4th tsp of Turmeric powder

6. 1/8th tsp of Himalayan Pink Salt

7. Pinch of Asafoetida powder

Preparation

Roast the Pepper, Jeera, Caraway seeds and Fennel Seeds along with pinch of Asafetida. Add Turmeric and Himalayan Pink salt and powder this mixture in a grinder.

For Longer Use

Ingredients Reqd:

1. Half Cup of Jeera ( Cumin Seeds)

2. Half Cup of Ajwain (Caraway Seeds)

3. Half Cup of Fennel Seeds ( Sounf Seeds)

4. 1-2 tsp of Pepper corn ( Not pepper powder)

5. 1 tsp of Turmeric powder

6. 1/2 tsp of Himalayan Pink Salt

7. 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida powder

Preparation

Roast each of the ingredients separately i.e the Pepper, Jeera, Caraway seeds and Fennel Seeds along with pinch of Asafoetida. Add Turmeric and Himalayan Pink salt and powder this mixture in a grinder. Store in an airtight glass container
