Edible Herbs
Our diet is quite restricted to commonly available veggies. However there is an abundance of herbs and weeds that can be used for edible purposes. For example, we do use cowpeas as beans, but many of us haven't used the leaves for making highly nutritious vegetable.
In this section we will explore novel leafy veggies, shoots and tender herbs that can be used to add a healing touch to our diet.
